It is important to note that requests for a driver’s license or other forms of identification are typically made by financial institutions and other regulated entities to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. These requirements are mandated by law to verify a customer’s identity, establish legitimacy, and assess potential risk factors.

Because the company does not operate a showroom or inspection facility, purchasing decisions must be made based solely on the information listed and any additional details you obtain through direct communication with the seller.
 
Once payment has been confirmed, the delivery process will begin within 48–72 hours, and the vehicle will be delivered to the location you specify.

As a repossession company, we do not operate a physical showroom or inspection facility. To ensure clarity and confidence, all vehicle details, photos, and descriptions are provided upfront, allowing you to make informed decisions.

Every transaction is handled securely and professionally, with clear communication at each step. Once payment is confirmed, delivery arrangements are promptly initiated to ensure your vehicle is transported safely and directly to your chosen location.

All Offers and Buy Now prices on eBidfrontrepo, LLC are listed in United States Dollars (USD), regardless of the vehicle’s location. This includes vehicles located in Canada, for which all pricing and transactions are still conducted in USD.

Some vehicles may have existing liens on the title, which are released only after full payment is received. Because of this, traditional financing options may not be available for these purchases. We recommend planning for full payment when considering an asset.

Payment Policy

All purchases made through eBidfrontrepo, LLC must be paid in full via bank wire transfer. This is the only accepted method of payment.
 
We do not accept payments by credit card, debit card, PayPal, checks, or any other electronic or third-party payment services. Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation of a successful Bid, Offer, or Buy Now transaction.
 
Failure to remit payment using the approved method and within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the transaction and any applicable penalties, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your vehicle, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
 
Once the vehicle is returned and received, we’ll issue a full refund within 48–72 hours. All delivery charges will be waived, so there’s no additional cost to you for the return.

To place a Bid or select Buy Now, begin by registering on the platform and logging into your account. Once logged in, browse the vehicle listings and click the Bid icon on the vehicle you’re interested in. You’ll then be prompted to enter your Bid amount or proceed with Buy Now, if available.

Yes, the current bid amount is visible during the auction. When the auction ends, the best offer wins. Placing a competitive bid helps improve your chances of winning the vehicle you want.

Yes, you may Bid or use Buy Now on vehicles even if you reside outside the United States or Canada. Please keep the following important points in mind:
  1. Payment
    Buyers located outside the U.S. or Canada are required to submit full payment promptly after the auction closes, just like all other buyers.
     
  2. Buyer Responsibilities
    All export-related responsibilities—including transportation, shipping, import/export fees, customs duties, taxes, legal requirements, and compliance with local regulations—are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
     
  3. Advance Preparation
    We strongly recommend completing all necessary research and making required arrangements (such as shipping and import compliance) before placing a Bid or selecting Buy Now. The close of an auction is not the appropriate time to begin this process.
By preparing in advance and understanding these responsibilities, international buyers can participate with confidence and avoid delays or complications.

Yes, in many cases you may have a second chance.
 
If the winning bidder doesn’t complete the purchase, you may be offered a Second Chance Offer to buy the vehicle. This means the next highest bidder gets another opportunity to move forward without having to place a new bid.
 
If a Second Chance is available, you’ll be contacted directly with clear instructions on what to do next. Just be sure to respond quickly, as these offers are usually time-sensitive.
