Description

This 1957 Chevrolet Nomad is a faithful, high-quality replica of the legendary Sam Hollingsworth Nomad, famously featured as the cover car of the May 1967 issue of Rod & Custom magazine. The original custom was so influential that it inspired a Revell 1/25-scale model kit, cementing its place in hot-rodding history.

Only two replicas of this iconic Nomad are known to exist. The original Hollingsworth car was later restored to stock and relocated to Canada; the status of the other replica is unknown.

Finished in a striking custom orange flame paint scheme, this Nomad showcases exceptional craftsmanship, subtle color blending, and period-correct custom styling that complements the Nomad’s unique body lines. The execution is refined, balanced, and unmistakably authentic to the era.
