This 1956 Cadillac Coupe DeVille is an exceptionally rare and striking example of mid-century American luxury, finished in Mountain Laurel Pink (Paint Code 42) with a pink and black interior (Trim Code 49). The car was originally shipped to and sold in Los Angeles in 1956 and remains a rust-free, fully restored example with excellent presentation throughout.

Previously part of the Art Astor Collection, this Coupe DeVille reflects the quality for which Mr. Astor was known—low-mileage, highly original cars selected for condition and correctness. The odometer shows 14,524 miles, which appears consistent with overall wear, including original pedal rubber observed during inspection.

The car runs and drives very well. Most systems are functional, including air conditioning, heat, horn, and clock. The radio and antenna are currently untested. The power trunk release motor is disconnected, as it was reported to be temperamental.
